Sporting Clays Course

NCF’s Sporting Clays Course will be CLOSED until 1PM on Friday, August 21st until 1PM as we host a member only sporting clay event!

Sporting Clays Course is open to the public from 9AM to 5PM on Monday through Saturday and 1PM to 4PM on Sundays.

No reservations are accepted, all first come, first serve.

Call ahead for groups larger than 10.

We kindly ask that you allow yourself ample time to complete the course for the sake of our employees by arriving before 3:30PM on Wednesday through Saturdays and 2:30PM on Sundays. Thank you!

The winter weather season for us is usually January & February. With that being said, throughout these months please be sure to check the forecast before traveling to the NCF Sporting Clays Course as well as call ahead if you are planning on arriving after 3PM, especially on Monday & Tuesday afternoons. During this season things tend to be slower so we will wrap up the day according to course traffic.

Sporting Clays Course

Noontootla Creek Farms has an amazing course that winds its way up to the top of the ridge where the beautiful Chattahoochee National Forest is visible from every angle. Golf carts are used for transportation to all of the 14 stations. One hundred shots completes the course, or you can shoot as many as you please. A 5 stand and wobble trap is onsite and is covered for those rainy days and is great for large groups. Guns can be rented and instruction is available to those wanting to try this addicting sport. We do not require or accept any reservations for sporting clays.

Sporting Clays Pricing:

100 Sporting Clays – $50

Individual Targets – $0.50 per target

Ammunition – $12 a box (25 shells per box)

Cart Rental – $5 per person

Ear Plugs – $1

Eye Protection Rental – $5

Gun Rental – $30.00

Sporting Clays Course Rules:

  • 12, 16, 20, 28, or .410 gauge shotguns only.
  • No handguns or rifles allowed; only shotguns.
  • Eye & ear protection is required at all times.
  • A maximum of two shells are to be loaded at once.
  • Only one person in the shooting box at a time.
  • No back up shooting.
  • Action must be open & clear when entering the pro shop or around other shooters.
  • Keep action open until entering the shooting station.
  • Guns are only to be loaded and ready to shoot while in the shooting box.
  • All spent hulls must be picked up and thrown away.
  • No loaded guns on the golf cart.
  • No shot LARGER than 7½. Shot sizes allowed: 7½, 8, 8½ or 9.
  • Must be 16 years or older to drive the cart.
  • We recommend shooters to be above the age of 12 but is left up to the parent or guardian.
  • Shooters under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Pets must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after.
  • There is absolutely no tolerance for any alcohol or drug use before or during sporting clays.

Sporting Clays Memberships

Membership Updates

As our sporting clays program continues to grow, we’ve reviewed our membership program to ensure it remains fair, sustainable, and enjoyable for all members.

While most membership benefits remain the same, we’ve updated our membership structure to better reflect how our memberships are being used and to create options that better fit individuals, families, and businesses.

Existing benefits—including discounted clays, complimentary carts, and exclusive member events—remain in place.

Membership Packages

Packages will be available for purchase beginning July 15th.

  • All packages renew annually.
  • Memberships are non-transferable.
  • Each shooter must have their own membership or pay the applicable public rate.
  • Members will continue to use their current count down cards.
  • Memberships will no longer be prorated – they will begin on the date of joining, and expire 365 days later.

Individual – $275 – applies to one person only, no guests (spouses no longer included), guests must get their own card.

Couples – $350 – applies to two spouses residing in the same household only, no guests, guests must get their own card.

Family – $550 – up to 4 immediate family members, $200 per additional family member. Immediate family includes parents and dependent children residing in the same household. Children must be under age 21.

Corporate – $1500 – Only purchasable by a company. Includes six designated account holders. Additional designated account holders may be added for $200 each, up to a maximum of ten account holders. Each designated account holder may bring one guest during their visit. Corporate packages do not include a count up card; groups must check in at the pro shop upon arrival to receive a count up card.

At this time, corporate memberships require an application, proof of ownership & employment, and must be verified before purchase.

Add Ons

After Hours Access – $500 for after hours access from April 1st – October 31st. After hours are anytime between 5PM & Dusk Monday through Saturday and 4PM to Dusk on Sundays. Sunday morning from dawn to 1PM shooting is prohibited to members & the public, no exceptions.

Members WITH After Hours access must check in before 5PM with the pro shop staff. These members will be able to check themselves out after hours.

Members without the After Hours Access add-on must complete all shooting during normal operating hours.
