You’ll arrive at the sporting clays course for check in\, join us for dinner at The Mill\, and then head to the 5 stand pavilion for glow in the dark sporting clays games. You will have 50 clays for your tournament. We will host you for a 5 stand tournament competition. This reservation includes dinner at The Mill & 50 clays per person. DESCRIPTION:Morning Flight – 9AM to 11AM \nAfternoon Flight – 11AM to 1PM \nSpots are limited. Includes lunch and bird cleaning. \nMorning Flight will arrive at 9-9:30AM to the Pro Shop for sign in. \nAfternoon Flight will arrive at 11-11:30AM to Pro Shop for sign in. \nUseful Hunting Information: \nCurrent law requires all hunters to be in possession of a shooting preserve license. \nA 2 year license costs $12 and can be purchased at Noontootla Creek Farms upon arrival OR more info available at www.georgiawildlife.com. \nAnyone holding a current Georgia hunting license is exempt from this additional expense. \n\nAll hunters must wear BLAZE ORANGE VESTS.\nAll hunters must wear SAFETY GLASSES.\nAll walkers must wear BLAZE ORANGE VESTS or BLAZE ORANGE HATS.\nThere will be a $5\,000 charge for any dog that is shot (regardless of injury) during the hunt.\nWe do not allow golf carts\, side by side\, or any vehicles in the fields.\nThe use of alcohol and drugs before or during the hunt are strictly prohibited.\nThe 12\, 16\, 20\, 28 gauge or 410 bore are recommended. We recommend improved cylinder or modified choke with #7.5 or #8 shot.\nAll hunters under the age of 18 must show proof of passing a Hunters Safety Course and be directly supervised by a parent or guardian.\nRelease from Liability Waivers must be signed prior to the hunt.\nHunter Safety Video will be viewed prior to the hunt.\nGuns can be rented from the NCF pro shop upon request and ammo\, eye\, & ear protection can be purchased as well.\n\nCancellation Policy: \nCancellations made 15 days or more will allow for a full refund of the Deposit. \nCancellations made 14 days or less will result in your deposit being forfeited. Your deposit may be used for scheduling a future trip. \nNo show trips\, day of cancellations\, or cancellations less than 24 hours before your reservation will be nonrefundable regardless.  \nTrips will proceed regardless of weather conditions; however\, we reserve the right to cancel any trip (hunting and fishing alike) in the event of unsafe conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
